Aug 14, 2016 12:43 PM in response to Marc Hoffmannby Tesserax,You will not be able to partition the drive installed on the Time Capsule directly. It would have to be removed and, subsequently, void any warranty. This would not be a recommended path to take.
I would second Niel's response in creating a disk image as your "partition" that can be mounted on your Mac's desktop. Note; however, that this image will not be available for Windows PCs.
