How to fix itunes display on 4k monitors (Windows)

For a long time I have been unable to display iTunes properly on 4K monitors without making the iTunes window smaller. I submitted the problem on the Microsoft forums here:

After many months I finally have a solution and although it is not ideal it does fix the problem. On Windows 10 professional your display default for scaling on a 4K monitor is 150 percent by default. At this scaling percentage part of the iTunes store isn't displayed. If you make the iTunes window smaller by dragging it then all store components come into view.

I finally decided to try 200 percent scaling to see what would happen and that fixes the problem. I would emphasize to everyone that this seems to happen only on 4k monitors.

This is obviously a bug in iTunes because no other application has this issue in Windows 10.

Windows 7 users have also seen this problem with monitors running 2560 x 1440 resolution and for them the solution is: Control Panel->Appearance and Personalization->Make Text and Other Items Larger and Smaller->Set custom text size (DPI) and uncheck the box for "Use Windows XP Style DPI Scaling."
