all of them, I try as a guest and safe mode and the problem its the same

As I can't think of anything else to try, give this a go: If Share options or Markup is missing after upgrading to OS X Yosemite or El Capitan - Apple Support
The next thing I would try is the combo update. It will install over the top of 10.11.6 and install anything that might have been missed or corrupted through the other updates. Download OS X El Capitan 10.11.6 Combo Update

Sorry, I don't have any other ideas. It could be possible you have something installed that is affecting it, but I would think Safe Mode would alleviate that while in Safe Mode. Did you try to share while in Safe Mode, or just start up in Safe Mode then restart?
I'm not aware of any third-party software that causes that behavior, though.
I just fixed the problem, I reinstalled the first OSX el capitán over, and the problem are finish.
