I have an error code (50) on mac and error code (-1) on windows machine and i'm pretty sure that my baseband is broken . I'm Out of warranty, What do i do now ? should i replace the motherboard, replace the baseband or replace the entire phone itself ?
Those are hardware error codes. Apple will not fix the device, they would replace it, if it is out of warranty. You can get an out of warranty replacement for a discounted price as Lawrence indicated.

Take it to an Apple store and they will replace it for about half price (assuming you haven't attempted a self repair).
