Q: larger images

I have visual impairments.  I am in Finder looking at photos to determine which photos should be placed in various folders.  I can't see the photo image well enough to pick the right place.  I've tried to enlarge the Finder dialog box to full screen and I've tried the cmd-+ command but neither makes the image bigger.  Just adds more detail from the Finder.  Opening the images in Preview or Photos involves many more mouse clicks and is tedious.  I guess I could connect to my AppleTV and look at the pictures on my big screen.

How about the following: Click on (or otherwise select) the photo of interest, then press the spacebar for a largish preview?  (Then press spacebar again to close the preview.)

Also, when in a Finder window in icon view there is a little slider in the bottom right corner for adjusting thumbnail size.  Also, see "Show view options" in the Finder View menu.

Thanks.  The spacebar helped.  Couldn't find a slider in any of my Finder windows.  I'll use the spacebar.
