    You can't, with family sharing only the organiser's card will be used (if you have a balance on your account then that will be used for your purchases, otherwise the organiser's card will be charged)

    Take your credit card to Walgreen's or other favorite retailer, and use it to purchase iTunes gift cards.  Redeem the gift cards to your own iTunes account.  As long as you maintain a balance, your purchases (except other gifts) will be charged against your balance, not against the Organizer's credit card.
