Can I Recover Notes On My Computer From a Deleted Email Account?

I decided that I didn't want my dad's email account on my computer any more, so I went to settings and deleted it. When I did this, a bunch of important notes were deleted, and putting the email back didn't recover them. I didn't upload them to the cloud, but is there any way I can get them back? Are they stored somewhere in the files on my computer?
