maps have no preferences configuration

Why I cannot set a minimum of preferences on the Maps.app? I want to set to 0 (zero) the number of the Location that are "remembered" ... I don't like that the last Location that I have zoomed is repeated after a quit and restart of the app.

It seems that this kind of infos are so important for ??? that Apple have forgotten to let the user decide which kind of Infos have to be saved 😠

And if I want to sent via Maps.app a Problem ... I cannot do this without giving my Location ??? 😠
