Q: no sound in some apps

no sound while playing soundcloud and in playing vedio,speaker works on voice record by phone and when some calls i hear hear the ring but i cant hear the voice of the caller

iPhone 5s, iOS 9.3.4, sound problem

Thank you for using the Apple Support Communities. I know having an issue with sound on your iPhone is not what you expect. If I understand correctly, you are unable to hear the other person on a phone call and other sound issues on your iPhone.
