Windows 10 - PC recognizes iPad, but iTunes doesn't. Nothing appears on Device Manager.

I followed every single step I could find on Apple website. The PC recognizes the iPad alright, the iPad asks me to trust the PC and I do so, but iTunes doesn't show the iPad and the Device Manager doesn't show anything from Apple. I even alreay uninstalled, redownloaded and reinstalled iTunes.
