It is a phishing attempt. Do not respond. Do not divulge any personal or financial information. You can use the address below to forward the suspect email message, as an attachment to Apple.

You don't need to accept a new terms of service until you are actually USING the service in question. So if you get that message while attempting to log in to an Apple (or any other) Service, it may be legitimate IF and ONLY IF comes through the Service.

If it comes in a separate Email it is always, always, always a SCAM.
