Q: I keep getting an email requesting me to log into APPLE to accept a new TERMS OF SERVICE. The problem I have with this request is that the return email is to a service.com email address. Is this a legitimate email or Phishing?

It is a phishing attempt. Do not respond. Do not divulge any personal or financial information. You can use the address below to forward the suspect email message, as an attachment to Apple.

It sounds like a scam. I would delete it if it were sent to me.

You don't need to accept a new terms of service until you are actually USING the service in question. So if you get that message while attempting to log in to an Apple (or any other) Service, it may be legitimate IF and ONLY IF  comes through the Service.

If it comes in a separate Email it is always, always, always a SCAM.
