iTunes

Q: My computer wont regonize me phone!

This is the message i get when i try to connect me phone to my comp!

"The iPhone cannot be used because it requires a newer version of iTunes. Go to www.itunes.com to download the latest version of iTunes".

Both my computer and my phone have the latest version!

What steps should i take?

iPhone 6s, iOS 9.3.4

Just in case, make sure iTunes is up to date....
Mac
Open iTunes.
From the menu bar at the top of your computer screen, choose iTunes > Check for Updates.
Follow the prompts to install the latest version.
Windows
Open iTunes.
From the menu bar at the top of the iTunes window, choose Help > Check for Updates. Learn what to do if you can’t see the menu bar.
Follow the prompts to install the latest version.

Get the latest version of iTunes - Apple Support

And make sure your Mac OS X is up today. Open the App Store then select Updates from the menu.
