Q: I can't find my music

Hello!

I just deleted all of my data from my iphone from General > Reset > Erase All Content and Settings. But I downloaded some of my old apps and I want to do the same with my music but I just can't find it in itunes. I went to an album that I had and when I pressed to buy it again it said that I already bought it but I don't find any of it.

Could someone help please?

    Hello tdani,

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities.

Based on your post, I see that you are missing some of your purchased music on your iPhone. I understand that it's critical to have all of your purchased music when you need it. I'm happy to assist you with this.

Use the article Download your past purchases to try and redownload the album, specifically, this section:

    Redownload a song

You can redownload songs on your iPhone or iPod touch, iPad, Mac or PC. You can listen to previously purchased song on your Apple TV, but they don't download to your device.

On an iPhone or iPod touch

    1. Open the iTunes Store app.
    2. At the bottom of the screen, tap More > Purchased > Music.
    3. Tap "Not on This iPhone" or "Not on This iPod."
    4. Find the song that you want to download, then tap it.
    5. Tap the Download icon   to the right of the title. Your song downloads to your device.

    Enjoy your music!
