Q: Dictation app

Hi

I just bought a Macbook Air and tho it's not the first mac I've had it's been a while.

I have this old dictation app, Dragon Dictate, that I've tried to get working, but each time I try to open it a window pops up saying, Dragon Dictate cannot run when accessibility is disabled. Turn on "Enable access for assistive devices" in the universal access system preferences panel.

Where exactly is this panel? I've looked in Sys Prefs>Accessibility and don't see it.

Also, as I explore my fab, new Air it appearis there a dictation app already here. Is that so, and how can I learn it?

thanks,

boogercat

It is in System Preferences > Security & Privacy.  Go to the Privacy tab, then choose "Accessibility" on the left.

Yes, there is a dictation app supplied by Apple.
