Please help me have my icloud accout be cause my iphone no finder and accout for me not use ! My icloud for me on ipad now not used because me used with iphone ! Thanks every body so much !

I'm not entirely sure what you are asking, you may want to try rephrasing it or posting in your own language.
If you've forgotten your id use the instructions on the page that you posted from : If you forgot your Apple ID - Apple Support
Or are you still logged into the account anywhere so that you can look it up ? Or do you have any of the account's downloads in your computer's iTunes library so that you can do 'get-info' on them and see the id ?
