The NDA prohibits you from discussing software beta issues here or anywhere else. The two documents above describe how to submit problem reports  to Apple.

The final release of the Beta you download and are testing will appear in software update and you can update to that at that time.

I strongly suggest you read the FAQ, to be perfectly sure you can handle the demands of Beta software.  It may have issues and bugs you will be required to work through without much support.

You should not have a problem downloading the real iOS 10 update, because it's going to be a ota update.

You can instal beta versions of ios 10.Then you can install the final release of IOS 10 when it released via itunes by following the steps;

If you have an iOS beta version and want to download the final version, follow these steps:

1. Connect your device to iTunes.
2. While your device is connected, force it to restart. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons at the same time. Don't release when you see the Apple logo. Keep holding until you see the Recovery Mode screen.
3. When asked, choose Update to download and install the latest nonbeta version of iOS.
