Q: Time Capsule log in issues

Hello,

I've noticed this the last few times I've tried to log into my Time Capsule. When in Airport Utility & clicking on my Time Capsule, it says to enter password for additional info.  I do so and it reverts right back to the enter password window.

I just read that there is a new firmware update, so I am hoping to update, but am unable to.  Wifi is working & I can manually reset it, but it always goes back to this.

Any suggestions or info?

Thanks,

Greg

I suggest to start that you delete any saved passwords associated with this base station from your Mac's Keychain.

    To do so:

    • Launch the "Keychain Access" application located in Applications/Utilities.
    • In the windows on the left side: Select login for Keychains and "Passwords" for Category.
    • Click on the "Kind" filter at the top, and look for any "AirPort network password" entries...and delete them.
    • Close Keychain Access.

You will need to enter the password, at least, one more time using the AirPort Utility. Make sure you use the option to save it in your Keychain.
