Why does my airport utility does not have any power? How do i fix it? or can i even fix it?

AirPort Utility is software on your Mac that is used to change the settings on an Apple AirPort router.
Maybe you meant to say that you have an Apple AirPort router.....one of the products that you see below......and the indicator light on the device will not power on?

I think you mean either an AirPort Extreme or AirPort Express...

My bad, yes indeed, the router.
if the indicator light will not come on, and you have a tried another AC wall socket to make sure that you have good power.....then unfortunately the internal power supply inside the AirPort has failed, and the device will need to be replaced.

If you have AppleCare in place on one of your Macs, the AirPort Time Capsule is covered for up to 3 years from its original purchase date. Contact Apple Support for a replacement.
