I Have a credit balance in itunes but it keeps charging my credit card..Why?
There are certain circumstances where you card will be charged instead of the of the credit. For example, are you trying to gift content to someone? We would need more details about the nature of what you are trying to purchase.
I was in fact buying text books and having them delivered to my kids. Is there a way to do this either by sharing my credit balance or purchasing and sending the books while being able to use my stored up credit from all the gift cards I have redeemed?
