On my iPhone 6 version 9.3.4 I have 13 apps that will not update. When it asks for my password it doesn't remember it. Then it says you must add both your Apple ID and password And it says the app was not purchased on this iPhone. It has been its just the same 13 apps. it agrees that it has been purchased but won't let me update. I've been trying everything reset reboot delete app and add back had sessions with apple and taken to Verizon store. Help if you can. Thanks
