You need to disable SIP by booting in Local Recovery and running csrutil disable. What year/model is your Mac, that requires Bootcamp Info.plist modifications?
2012, I am trying to install window on my mac and when I try to create a install disk, It says
"Boot Camp only supports Windows 7 or later installation on this platform. Please use an ISO file for Windows 7 or later installation."
I did some google search and someone with similar issues recommended to have "<string>MacPro9,2</string>" on info.plist.
If you are trying to install W10, your Mac already supports it, as noted in Use Windows 10 on your Mac with Boot Camp - Apple Support . Your source W10 ISO may be corrupt. Can you post the filename and the MD5sum of the file? Here is an example of the file size and MD5sum.
ls -lgh Win10_1607_English_x64.iso
-rw-r--r--@ 1 staff 4.1G Jul 17 17:28 Win10_1607_English_x64.iso
openssl md5 Win10_1607_English_x64.iso
MD5(Win10_1607_English_x64.iso)= 88b98698600511dcd69596df92b242e5
Thank you Loner T, I install on virtual box now. way easy and prompt.
