Have an old ID ending @me.com. I can not find the mailbox for it, nor can I log in because it is eliminated. When I try to update certain apps the system asks for inloggning. How can I get around this minor problem?

Hello ThoBer,

Thanks for that info and choosing the Apple Support Communities. I know how important finding this old Apple ID and being able to update apps is to you! Based on what you stated, it seems you may be experiencing what happens when you have an old Apple ID that hasn’t been updated in a bit. Good news is you can find and correct the Apple ID using these articles:

iCloud: About your @icloud.com, @me.com, and @mac.com email addresses

If you forgot your Apple ID

Change your Apple ID

Cheers!
