No notes synchronization possible with Outlook

Hello,

since I don't know when it's not possible any more for me to synchronize my notes from Outlook to iPhone. The option is simply not given any more in iTunes. In V11 it was still possible but since V12 came out it's not possible anymore.

I'm using Windows 10 with Outlook 2007 together with my iPhone 4S

Is there any possibility to get the notes synchronized without using iCloud or any other additional App. Just by connecting the iPhone to the PC.
