If you aren't in the US then you cannot download anything from the US store, the store's terms don't allow it

I just moved in US, and I try to load an app that is only on The uS store. I changed my shipping address for my us one, but when I tried to change my billing address, the cannot change the canada ( it is in grey ). Any hints ?

Aug 15, 2016 10:01 AM in response to King_Penguinby Dmalenfa,I Am doing it on the phone, folowing the instruction of the link, however, when I click on my apple ID - i got the message This apple ID is only valid for purchases in The Canadian iTunes Store. You will be switched to that store.

Aug 16, 2016 12:21 AM in response to Dmalenfaby King_Penguin,Where are you clicking, or tapping, on your id ? You've tapped on it Settings > iTunes & App Store and then tapped 'sign in' on the popup ? Have you tried doing it on your computer's iTunes ?
