If your other phones are logged in to iCloud under settings using the same Apple ID and the "Find my iPhone" option is turned on in Settings->iCloud on each device, you can use the Find My iPhone App (available from the App Store) from one of your iPhones to track them.
You can also log in to http://icloud.com and use the "Find My iPhone" app there to do the same thing.
If each iPhone is using a different Apple ID you would need to log in with each Apple ID to track each device.

google find my iPhone and then click the first link and as long as the devices are on you can track them
but it is not always accurate. and to answer your question, all of them

Hope the cat is not maxing out the credit card with in-app purchases in the Tuna Delivery App.
Indeed you are correct Meg. Thanks for that, I was not aware of it.
Family Sharing and location - Apple Support
In this case the other iPhones if they are using a different Apple ID would need to be part of the same Family Group, and have actually allowed the location to be shared, according to the support document.
In addition to the other help you have received, let me remind you that it depends on how you are identifying "account holder". If you are just the one paying the cellular bill and each of the devices is using a different Apple ID, the issue is more complicated. Just because the phones are on your account, they are tracked by Apple ID, not by who pays the bill. Family Sharing is a good alternative if you have multiple devices, each with its own Apple ID. All devices have to have Find My iPhone turned on, and if you use Family Sharing you can track the devices, or if you do not wish to do that, you would need the Apple ID and password for the others to be tracked.

I believe Family Sharing resolves that issue.
