I can't insert my debit card on apple id account say's invalid card or something else. is problem with my country bank's? or something else?

Follow the steps here to add a supported payment method:

While debit cards as listed, not all cards are accepted, and gift cards, that do not have a billing address attached to them are not acceptable. Also, the bank card has to be from the country you are located in, and has to have a local billing address.
