It is not fraud, this is iCloud 200 GB Storage Plan for 2.99 that you might have clicked on when your phone told you that you no longer have enough storage on your phone for all your pics and apps you have downloaded, it is from iTunes store.

Well I have not used my Apple tablet ,what I have used is Android and I never received a message that I would get 200gb indeed I don't have any record of purchase it. I got a double charge for $15.00 no 2.99 like you said. Therefore to me is a fraudulent charge.
Omg!!!! I thought I was trippin I already have an overdraft on my banking account and now it’s more then what it should be. Said I was charged 14.06 from iTunes yesterday . I didn’t even purchase a thing from there. Now I have an extra $30 fee charged to my bank card just bc that was purchased NOT BY ME. I don’t even use freaking iTunes. I also went 30 days back into my card history and it even took the same amount from nov and dec. I wonder if my bank could refund me that. Have you called and tried yourself ??
Yes I keep getting purchases on my bank statements that is usuing my debit card for buying iTunes stuff. And I am not the one doing it it's happens like every week or twice a week. I was wondering if you could stop or put a block on my card or something. I'd appriciate it thank you Tanya powell
I have been getting charges similar to yours except for .99 cents and $9.99 and I don’t know where it’s coming from
I found this same 'charge' on my statement today for the amount of 8.59 (how random!).
The charge is not reflected in my iTunes purchases. It was necessary to contact the bank and cancel the credit card.
Look at your purchase history to see if the bill is even from Apple.
We can't put a stop on your card, we are fellow users, these are user-to-user forums.
Have you looked at your iTunes accounts purchase histories (including family members if you are a family share organiser) to see what the charges are for : See your purchase history in the iTunes Store on a Mac or PC - Apple Support ?
Do you have auto-renewing subscriptions : View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support ?
If they show on your account (and if neither you nor anybody who has access to the account / devices / computers did them) change the account's password (http://appleid.apple.com ; What to do after you change your Apple ID email address or password - Apple Support) and contact iTunes Support : https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html
If they don't show on your/family accounts contact the card issuer and get the card cancelled and replaced.
