Is OS X Yosemite Still Available? If so, where can it be downloaded? It seems like it is no longer available in the App Store.

Only if you previously got it from the Mac App Store(if you did, log in with the same Apple ID and click on the Purchases tab) or Apple says that it is.

Yesemite is not availabe now. If you don't download it before, you can't get it from Apple now.
