I just noticed that the progress bar hangs up for a second and the screen blinks two-three times. As I had graphical issues resulting from a corrupted PRAM/NVRAM that might have been related to a bug with a software, I was wondering if there was something else that was not fixed. I just noticed that so it might be normal or not. My iMac seems to work fine now.

I suggest you make sure nothing remains of "Kaspersky", but if your Mac is running normally I would not be concerned. Uninstallers that work with complete effectiveness are rare. Having a Time Machine or equivalent backup provides assurance that you can always restore an unaltered system unaffected by such junk.

No, because it is not possible for one to positively identify all components of a program that may be associated with it so that they can be nominated for removal. What's worse is that it may erroneously identify something that must not be removed. Basically, they're not reliable, and shouldn't be used.
