I have windows 10 and the album I purchased on itunes won't download, current version installed

I have tried several time to purchase an album, as usual it asks if I want to buy the album and I click yes but nothing happens. It does not show in purchases, current version of iTunes installed, and indicates no outstanding downloads. I recently updated to Windows 10 and this is the first time I've tried a purchase.
