How do I add a tip when I use Apple Pay at a restaurant??

I have used my Apple Pay on my iPhone 6S to buy merchandise, but I tried to use it at a restaurant recently and couldn't figure out how to add a tip to the charge. Could someone help?

Unfortunately, there's no way to do that yet.

The terminals that I have used at restaurants let you enter a tip on the terminal before making payment.
