RAID degraded - RedundancyScrub error message

Best wishes to all since 2008 I hope everyone is well.

This for a wink to those who recognize the title of this post was closed.

But users are so rare for discussions in relation to this material: apple xserve 3.1 x03 disks on internal raid card

I always liked Applications> Utilities> RAID Utility.app

Command line too cool raidutil

But since a "reset PRAM" Here the only message:

"Waiting for Apple RAID card ..."

Or starting boot on dvd rom install disk Mac OS X Snow Leo, Utilities> RAID Utility.app Reply: "There are no hardware raid installed on this machine" ...

Even command line no disc system is detected.

I remember having to insert under Windows drivers before installing the operating system. But on the Mac OS X i found a little documentation explains first use "RAID Utility.app; But "RAID Utility.app will never work if it finds no raid card !! ?? No ??

When I received this xserve the raid 5 was installed on three disk 2TB each

I despair of being able to start from zero at the beginning. But how do we start .... This system finds no hardware at boot ???

I am disappointed, disgusted, where the engineer xserve? I hires if they explain how to install this system.

Many thanks in advance.

t.l.

Xserve, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.5)
