Q: iTunes won't let me download previously purchased music on iPhone 6

Hello I recently purchased an iPhone 6 and have been trying to download my previously purchased music from iTunes.

I continually get an error message saying that iTunes cannot download this item. I have messed around with the settings find the cause of thIs. Any feedback ?

You can only re download past iTunes purchases using the same Apple ID they were purchased.

Sign in with the Apple ID that you used to buy the item that you want to redownload. Use these steps to see which Apple ID you used to download an item.
