Q: My iPhone 4s & iPad Air 2 can no longer pair
Since a month or two ago my iPad Air 2 has no longer been able to access internet via my iPhone 4s, as I cannot connect them any more, either with Bluetooth (they cannot see eachother, even though both are "discoverable"), or using Personal Hotspot (iPad cannot find iPhone when iPhone's Personal Hotspot is "On").
IS this all another iOS 9.3 flaw, which iOS 9.3.4 hasn't fixed?
