A host may be able to do that depending on the circumstances. Generally, it is only done if the username is your given name. But, I will alert the hosts and you will need to wait to see if someone contacts you.

I was signed into the wrong account when I created my support forums username, and accidentally created it as the name of the company I work for under my personal email address. Please have someone contact me about changing the username if possible.
