How do I share my rentals with my other devices?

how can I share movie rentals from one iPad to the other?

iPad mini 2 Wi-Fi, Cellular, iOS 9.3.4

You Can't.

iTunes video/movie content rentals (not purchased) are tied only to the device you downloaded it to.

In the future, if you think you may want to view a rental movie on different iPads, download it to your computer. From your computer you can transfer the rental to different devices (only one at a time).
