Q: Iphone 4S not able to switch on

Hi Friends,

Am not able to on my IPHONE 4s. Since one hour it was working fine, suddenly it got switched off and not able to on again. No physical damages were happened. I kept for charging but even though am not able to on it. Could you please help, how to resolve this issue.

See if you can force restart your iPhone.

Press and hold both the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons for at least ten seconds, until you see the Apple logo.
