so I have a visa debit card which definitely has money on it and I've been trying to buy some good music to listen to for weeks now but it keeps coming up with the message "your payment method was declined". Anyone know what the problem is?

I like looking at what's on the iTunes Store (movies, music or TV shows), and would definitely want to be able to get things. We can check what might be up.
