I recently bought Iphone 6s and have logged in using my Icloud account. I believe everything except my LOCKED notes of the Notes app have not syncked. They normaly do sync on my ipad and mac but they don't on my phone. Does anybody know how to fix this?

Are you using the current iOS (9.4.3) on your new iPhone? Had you upgraded Notes on that iPhone?
