ADMAC, Algier. They didn't give a reason, they just said that it will cost 400$.
I know that apple will cover it till Dec 2016. I don't know what to do. Advice please.

It appears that Apple does not have a corporate business presence in Algeria. You will have to contact Apple directly and make arrangements to ship your MBP to them.

They may call themselves anything they want, but Algeria is not on Apples list of countries in Africa where they have an official presence. Egypt and South Africa are the only two.
