    Your question is not clear

     

    Photos in albus are not duplicates - they are just one of many ways to view the photos in your library -

     

    If you see duplicates in moments/collections /years or in All Photos then you do have duplicates - seeing them in albums does not mean you have duplicates

     

    And Photos has no facility for removing duplicates - there are safe, tested third party solution is you do actually have duplicates - they include:

    PowerPhotos

    Duplicate Annihilator for PHotos

    PhotoSweeper for Photos
