Q: why is my password for icloud account not accepted on my iphones or ipads
Can someone please help me....i have two iphones and three ipads on one icloud account. firstly i had to change my email address for my icloud as i am no longer using that email address. in changing my email address i also changed the password. now, on my other iphone and on all my ipads, it is also requesting that i enter the password for my icloud but it still has my old email address details on it and not the new one. when i enter the changed password (new password) it does not want to accept it (if i use my iphone or ipad)....but, when i log into apple website and enter my NEW email address and my NEW password, it accepts it....
why does my ipads and iphones not want to accept the new password i have entered and why does it not have my new email address??....and why does it only work when i use my computer.....confused....
all my ipads and iphones have been updated to IOS
iPhone 6, iOS 9.3.4
