Q: How can I transfer pictures from Apple Tablet to Windows 10 notebook?

I´ve taken Pictures with my Apple tablet which is connected by cable with my Toshiba Windows 10  notebook. The notebook showed, that it is connected with the tablet. The pictures are not imported. How can I manage this ?
