I have 3.28.2 and my ethernet port is STILL DEAD

Question

ITs dead...I am running 10.11.6, I reinstalled the OS and no change.

This is horrible and Apple screwed things up and yet I cannot call apple without paying big money.

What in the world is 3.28.2???

What makes you think the ethernet port is dead? Is it not listed

under system information (About This Mac->System Report...).
