Q: I cannot unlock my Apple ID
A week ago, I've got an email that there were changes made on my apple ID account, mainly email addresses and passwords, which I haven't done. That happened right after I did update on my iPhone so I guessed it came from that.
I found it still very peculiar but after a number of tries, I finally found out that email address was changed into my old hotmail account, which I no more use. I changed it back to my original ID, and found out my account is locked.
Okay, during the number of tries, I've got passwords wrong for more than few times. So I've decided to wait till the next day.
The next day, I tried to unlock my ID via iforgot.apple.com as said on the instruction.
I've reset my password and tried to log in again, but it showed all again the same message: my apple ID was locked.
As it says that it was locked, I followed the same step over and over again, creating new passwords all the time.
I also tried to set the two step verification on last Monday, and guess what, it is still locked.
I have three devices, iPhone, iPad mini and Macbook. On all three devices, it fails to log in, showing the same messages over and over again, that I need to unlock my ID via iforgot.
Seriously, this is driving me crazy. I'm not even unable to create any more new passwords!!!
Please help me with solving this.
Is there any way to solve it on my own??
