Q: How do I have my DWG files automatically replace the old files existing on my work server when I return from vacation?

I would like to know if you know how to have my computer automatically update the files I work on outside the office, when I return and I'm connected to the server? It can obviously be done since I do it when I get back to the office, I take the files I have worked on and save or transfer them to the server where they replace the previous file. How do I Automate this process?

Also, when I am in the office and am connected to the windows server I save all my files to that platform. I would like for the files to also be saved on my Mac Book simultaneously.

Basically I want the files I choose to do so to be able to mirror each other  from my laptop to the server and from server to laptop.

please let me know how this can be done.
