How do I transfer a playlist to a memory stick?

If this playlist is comprised of music downloaded from the Apple Music subscription service (as per the forum you posted in), then you cannot.
Apple Music is DRM protected and can only be played on authorized devices and Apps.
If the music was bought from iTunes or ripped from CDs, then you can just drag and drop the songs onto the memory stick from iTunes itself, or from the folder where the song files are located in.
