Camera360 camera roll problems

So I recently downloaded this app, and after playing around with it a bit, I realized that the photos from my camera roll did not show up. The pictures from the camera roll were instead grey, but when you clicked on it the photo showed up. I tried many things, such as closing the app, reinstalling it, making sure everything including the app and my iPad were up to date, then closing my iPad. But still it did not work. Does anyone have a solution?
