Q: Itunes randomly deletes songs, and if any songs or albums are deleted, they cannot be redownloaded
After noticing that 2 songs are missing from an album (Ultraviolence by Lana Del Rey), I decide to delete the entire album from my phone because I know I can sync it later or re-download it like I used to be able. When I finally have the chance to plug my iPhone to my computer, the entire album is missing from the iTunes library. In both the iPhone and computer it says the album is Purchased, but it gives no option to download it. If I go to to purchased on both devices I get no results for the album I am looking for, but I get an option to download the Digital Booklet for said album, and another irrelevant album, and 1 song that seems to be missing from another album. (Badlands by Halsey) If I download the song from the Badlands album it shows up as a second duplicate album, with just that song in there, and the other same album is missing that song. I have not found a work-around or any sort of fix for this.
iPhone 6, iOS 9.3.4
