An error occurred installing iOS 9.3.4. on iPhone 5S

I have tried dozens of time updating my iPhone 5S from 9.3.3. to 9.3.4. but every time i try updating i get this message "an error occurred installing iOS 9.3.4." Even the iTunes way of updating is not working. The moment i connect my iPhone to PC iTunes freezes never has this ever happened to me. Help Please!!
